AVF has created Spellcheck for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which allows you to spell-check text in any field. This tool is particularly useful when creating internal and external reports from NAV, since even a small spelling error can reduce your credibility and distract your audience. Spellcheck for NAV works in fields on forms and can be assigned to any field such as a description field, comment form, or to all the fields on the form.
To check your spelling, simply select Spellcheck from the functions menu button. A dialogue box will appear showing all of the spellings in question with suggestions listed below. Spellcheck uses the dictionary in Microsoft Word to verify the spelling of all words. Words can also be added to a custom dictionary. It’s that easy!
Spellcheck for Microsoft Dynamics NAV works for versions 3.60 and up. AVF can apply Spellcheck to any text field or fields where you want the ability to spell-check your work.
