AVF Consulting, Inc., Founder Launches Dynamic Shared Services
New Company to Provide Accounting and Administrative Services to Unions and Nonprofits

Baltimore, MD (November 1, 2011) – AVF Consulting, Inc., founder, Andrew Fass, has launched his third business venture. Dynamic Shared Services (DSS) is a shared services organization providing accounting, membership management, dues processing, and reporting services to local unions nationwide.

The opportunity emerged when AVF Consulting client Service Employees International Union (SEIU) – the fastest growing union in North America uniting workers in the healthcare, property services, and public services sectors – wanted to provide accounting services to some of their local union members. Multiple SEIU locals expressed interest in the service and DSS was born.

Fass expects that DSS will provide services to K-12 school systems and nonprofit organizations in addition to unions. “Many organizations and small school districts do not have the bandwidth to perform all the necessary, accounting, reporting, and processing required to maintain their operations,” says Fass. “DSS’s experts are proficient at these services and can provide them at a cost savings. Because DSS is a shared service organization, our clients have access to technology that they may not have been able to afford on their own.”

Jeannette Gaines is the chief operating officer of DSS and a co-founder, along with Jeremy Fass, executive vice president at AVF Consulting. DSS will enable organizations to streamline their business processes so they can focus their efforts on their core mission.
